Tierra Mojada thermoelectric plan

EMICA participates in the CCGT Tierra Mojada Combined Cycle power plant project through Técnicas Reunidas

Fisterra Energy Fisterra Energy S. de R.L. de C.V., part of Blackstone Energy Partners and Blackstone Capital Partners, owns the Tierra Mojada thermoelectric plant (Tierra Mojada Combined Cycle, S. de R.L. de C.V.), currently under construction, obtained financing for about USD 600 million

It is an 875 MW plant in Guadalajara (Jalisco).

In this project, EMICA supplies process pumps type ISPK (ISO 2858 and 5199), and they will be located in the water treatment plant

  • Backwash MMF (backwash multimodal filtration)
  • Deionization
  • Reverse osmosis - continuous ion filtration (RO CIF)

The plant is expected to become operational by the end of 2019.
